A new UN program invites students around the world to create media projects around the 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which include such aims as "No Poverty," "Gender Equality," "Good Health," and "Climate Action."

Recognizing the experiential storytelling potential of immersive technologies like virtual reality, Digital Promise Global, the United Nations SDG Action Campaign, and Oculus have launched MY World 360°, supporting youth worldwide to create 360° media as a way to share their perspectives and advance positive action toward the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).

Below, you'll find one winning entry from last year, addressing SDG 2: "Zero Hunger."

You can see all the winning entries on YouTube.

The program provides a guide and other supports for educators. Submissions are due August 15, 2019.
